Job Description
RHM Technical Solutions is currently seeking a candidate for one of their clients in the Franklin WI area. This is permanent placement role for a Production Supervisor.
Candidates should have:
3-5+ years of manufacturing and supervisory experience. Any high volume, precision cnc machining background is a huge plus.
-They will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling all material and manpower requirements to meet production demand. This will be done with the support of the planners.
-Creating new and improved methods for managing the shop floor in order to meet and exceed OTD, PPM and efficiency targets.
-Strive to develop, both individually and through employee involvement, process and productivity improvements, utilizing Lean manufacturing and other continuous improvement techniques.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Demonstrated ability to manage and drive KPIs such as OTD, PPM, OEE etc.
High energy problem solver utilizing root cause analysis and lean manufacturing principles to appropriately identify problems and develop effective corrective actions and solutions.
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills required.
Effective written and verbal communication skills a must.
